Palletizer:
We offer ABB six axis robot along with our integrated solutions. Pallet de-stacker , pallet conveyor, conveyors, and gantry type palletizer.
Example:A typical example of palletising work could be an operator lifting 10 kg cartons. Four of such cartons are to be placed on a pallet per minute. The total weight lifted is 240 kgs per hour or approx. 2 tons per workday. In one week, this makes 14 tons corresponding to 2 medium-sized tanks
A packaging line should preferably have non-reflecting surfaces and rounded edges.Wherever possible chairs should be upholstered and foot stools height-adjustable.The packaging line should be fed from a position close to the filling point which should have an appropriate height, preferably height-adjustable.Consider also environmental conditions such as:
noise, dust and dirt, vibrations, temperature, lighting, color and contrasts.
